This DevUploads Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions on which DevUploads (“we”) offers services to you (“User”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that use excessive bandwidth or otherwise abuse the system.
• Because of the large number of fraudulent users generating downloads from Blogspot blogs, we don’t pay for earnings from Blogspot websites.
• Pornography, nudity, sexual images, movies and any kind of offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide what content is appropriate and can delete images or videos at any time without notifying the user.
• Users must comply with all laws that apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos and files that violate copyrights or trademarks aren’t allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, DevUploads is under no obligation to become involved.
• DevUploads is not liable for your images, videos or files, or for any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
• We can change pay-per-download rates at any time without notifying users.
• These terms of service can change at any time without notifying users.

DevUploads is committed to cooperating with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.

Uploader rules

• Earnings on deliberately removed files won’t be paid, nor will downloads generated from high-tier countries without a valid source. We have the right to ban your account without pay if this happens.
• Accounts will be banned for downloads from suspicious sources (websites) or no source, downloads from proxy IPs, or unusually large download volumes. We may ask for your traffic source; if you fail to provide a valid one, we have the right to ban your account without pay.
• Downloads generated by visitors with an ad blocker aren’t credited.
• Traffic generated using automated hits or manipulated traffic isn’t allowed.
• Pornography, images, copyrighted material or any adult content isn’t allowed and will result in termination of your account.
• We reserve the right to modify the reward program and payment dates at any time without prior notice.
• Files must be larger than 5 KB to earn rewards.
• Downloads are counted only after 90% of the file has downloaded, and only from unique IP addresses.
• Bot downloads are tracked and verified at payout. If detected, the account will be banned.
• Hotlinking images and files isn’t allowed.
• Accounts that depend only on referral revenue, and not on download revenue, won’t be paid.
• Attempting to earn revenue through misleading or unethical methods, such as spamming, will result in an immediate ban.
• Downloads from proxy servers aren’t accepted.
• All affiliates must agree to and abide by the DevUploads General Terms and Conditions, Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy.
• DMCA reports: if your uploaded file is copyrighted and reported by its owner, it will be deleted from our servers.
• Files with no views or downloads are removed 30 days after upload. All other files with live downloads are kept, unless you delete them yourself.
• DevUploads reserves the right to verify your traffic source whenever you request a payout, to prevent fraudulent downloads and revenue.
• While a payout is being processed your traffic must stay live — you need regular downloads on recent files.
• Online circulation or possession of child sexual abuse material, or rape-related content, is a punishable offence.
• DevUploads reserves the right to change and redefine our affiliate program without prior notice.
